Bookworm Tree

Our Christmas tree this year utilized that which we had in greatest abundance – photography and other art books.  Even though we live within walking distance of several Christmas tree farms and have several suitable tree candidates in our back yard, I was not inspired.  Then I found the “Bookworm Tree” idea online and started stacking.  There’s an angel or two and a Santa, but our traditional Angel topping didn’t quite work, so Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom, learning, music and arts, received the premier position.  May she bestow a year of wisdom, learning and art on us all!

  1. Love your bookworm tree, Susan! How appropriate. Hope you are enjoying the holidays. My New Years resolution is to play with my art more in 2015. So enjoy your frequent online correspondence. Best, Penny
