I’m generally a soft edged kind of painter, preferring subtlety over definition, of one image dissolving into another. . .a mere suggestion, which encourages translation, elaboration. . .which welcomes you to enter the forest and explore. . .

  1. I like this a lot, Susan. The effect of the crinkled paper is wonderful; the perspective, as if looking from high above but on an angle, the eye suddenly lighting on the figure in all that immensity, is delightful.
