Off to the north country

lakecabinpen and watercolor (sketched 5 years ago!)

This is where I’m headed tomorrow, for a week in upstate British Columbia where my friends Judith and Ed live.  I’ll be staying in a log cabin on this lake with the ducks and moose and bears.  . . and sketching, sketching, sketching!  So, I’ll be back in a week.  Hope you’re having a great summer.

Happy 4th of July!!

Wow – can’t wait to see the work. I’m so envious. I really like this piece even though the chair looks a bit wobbly. The warm and cool trees are great!

Love this sketch. It looks perfect for a getaway retreat.

I enjoy you blog, but how about a ’subscribe’ button so we can get it automatically when you update? Or is there one and I just can’t see it? :)
